Team visited to interact with the HR, Departmental head Line managers and associates to understand the present structure, job elements to be rewarded and designed the programme. SIMS team also collected the feedback of the products made by Kamayani and the feedback was analysed and presented to Kamayani.

SIMS carried out employee satisfaction survey for ARAI employees. The survey was conducted online mode. SIMS visited organization to design the questionnaire, collect data and analyse the data. The report was presented to management later. Over the year employee satisfaction survey showed improvement at ARAI.
