Abstract : This empirical research delivers insights into India as a prospective higher education destination for students of the developing world (mainly Asia and Africa). It focuses on social media strategies and the role of the international student office as a support provision for international students.This study achieves its aim by using qualitative and quantitative approaches to generate and analyse relevant primary and secondary data. This study acts as a market intelligence input to achieve inbound international student mobility objectives.
