The Guest Session was conducted by the Academic Team featuring Mumbai Dabbawalas on 27 August 2019 in the SIMS Auditorium with felicitation of Mr. Ritesh Andre (Spokesperson), Mr. Prakash Bacche, Mr. Sabaji Medge, and Mr. Arjun Sawant (All 3, Ground-Level Dabbawalas) by the Director Sir, Brig (Dr.) Rajiv Divekar. The session was embraced by faculty members, staff, and student members. Then the speaker, Mr. Ritesh Andre shared specific insights about the business model, logistics, and people management experiences that they have amassed over 125 years since the inception of Mumbai Dabbawalas with a focus on Efficiency, Time management, Coordination, and Culture.
