Dr. Jay Kandampully is a professor of service management at The Ohio State University, USA. He serves as the CTF International Fellow at the University of Karlstad, Sweden; International Fellow at the University of Namur, Belgium; and International Fellow at the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China. Jay is the Editor-in- Chief of the Journal of Service Management (JOSM) and serves on the editorial advisory board of 12 refereed international journals. He holds a PhD in service quality management, and an MBA, specialising in service marketing, both from the University of Exeter, England. His professional qualification is in Hotel Management from Salzburg, Austria and from the University College Birmingham, UK. He is the author of several service management text books and have published several articles in prestigious journals. He is the founder and chair of the Service Education, Research and Innovation (SERI-Initiative) an organization established to promote service research, teaching and practice.

Dr. Vikas Kumar is Head of Discipline and Professor in the Discipline of International Business at the University of Sydney Business School. His previous appointments were at Bocconi University as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, and as Visiting Scholar at Stanford University and Dunning Fellow at University of Reading. He is currently serving as Editor-in- Chief of Journal of International Management. Vikas is interested in studying the internationalization strategies employed by firms from emerging markets such as India. His research involves understanding the unique aspects of the institutional and cultural context of emerging markets and the influence context has on firm strategies. His research has been published in Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, Global Strategy Journal, Management International Review, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of International Management and Long Range Planning, among other journals in the field of international business and management. Vikas has co-edited a book on ‘Global outsourcing and offshoring’ published by Cambridge University Press and on ‘Emerging Market Firms’ published by Emerald. In a 2016 study published in the Journal of International Management, Vikas was ranked among the top 15 authors based on impact in the field of ‘emerging market firm internationalization’.
Professor Raj Sethuraman is the Marilyn and Leo Corrigan Professor and Chair of Marketing at the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is also the Editor in Chief of Journal of Retailing. He received his PhD in marketing from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Dr. Sethuraman has taught several marketing courses including marketing management, marketing research, customer insights, sales management, and database marketing. He has written many cases in marketing management and introduced several online teaching tools for which he was awarded the "Eugene Byrne Teaching Innovation Award" in May 2010. He has also taught in many executive programs in USA and abroad on a wide range of topics including brand equity, marketing mix strategies, and research for marketing decisions. Professor Sethuraman’s research focuses on national brand-store brand competition, price-advertising strategies and brand equity. He has published articles in several leading journals and won many research awards, including the "John D.C. Little Award" for the best paper in Marketing Science, the "Jagdish Sheth Award" for the best paper in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, the "O’Dell Award" for the best paper in the Journal of Marketing Research (Runner-up), the "William R. Davidson Award" for the best paper in Journal of Retailing (2nd place), and the "Paul Green Award" for the best paper in Journal of Marketing Research (Finalist). He is an associate editor of the Journal of Retailing and also serves on the editorial boards of Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Modeling in Management, and Review of Marketing Science. Dr. Sethuraman is active in consulting for commercial and nonprofit organizations. His recent consulting engagements include Samsung Telecommunications, KPMG Peat Marwick Law firm, and the Center for Nonprofit Management. He is also the founder-president of Charity through Art Foundation (CHAART), a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising money for the underprivileged by organizing music and dance events.
Dr. W B Howieson, PhD MPhil MBA BSc FRSA, is Associate Dean for Business Engagement and Professor of Organisational Leadership in Stirling Management School. His research covers the broad spectrum of leadership including its history to the current state of the field. In detail, he is very interested in developing contemporary models of leadership, particularly in the areas of mission leadership and empowerment. Books include: Public and Third Sector Leadership: Experience Speaks (2014) and Leadership: the current state of play (2019). His next book - detailing the near collapse of one of Europe's largest football clubs - will be published by DC Thomson in July 2022. He is the Editor in Chief of Journal of Management Development. He entered academia mid-career via a Foundation for Management Education/ Economic and Social Research Council Senior Fellowship at Stirling Management School, the University of Stirling, Scotland. Between 2013 and 2018, he was the Head of the Management and Marketing Division at the University of Dundee School of Business. At present, he is a Professor and Head of the Management Division in the Business School at Edinburgh Napier University. He has taught and presented in North America, the Americas, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australasia. Prior to entering academia, he had a 23-year career with the Royal Air Force (United Kingdom Ministry of Defence Fellow (2002)) and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. As a Regular Officer in the Royal Air Force, he served on 51, 55 (R) and 206 squadrons and undertook flying operations worldwide (Nimrod MR2 and Nimrod R aircraft) with extensive experience in the Middle East Theatre of Operations, Mediterranean, Europe and Atlantic Ocean area. His active service included the Gulf War (1991), the Kosovo War (1999) and United Nations Air Operations in Northern and Southern Iraq (1999 and 2000). He remains very interested in the education, training and professional development of doctors and dentists in the UK. In addition to working for a UK medical Royal College, he was a former Non-Executive Member of the Medical Directorate within NHS Scotland (Former Board Member of the Anaesthesia and Emergency Medicine Specialty Training Board and the Surgical Specialty Training Board (20102016)). His current research covers the broad spectrum of Leadership including its history and the current state of the field. In detail, he is very interested in developing contemporary models of leadership, particularly in the areas of Mission Leadership and Empowerment. Sectors of interest include the public and third sectors and elite professional football (he teaches on the Scottish Football Association’s UEFA Professional Diploma). He is a member of the Chartered Association of Business Schools Executive Education Committee, was a Council Member of the Foundation for Management Education and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

He was ranked among the top 2% researchers in the world across all fields and recognized as the only Rising Star from marketing area among Australia’s Top 40 researchers across all disciplines, in 2019. He serves as the Associate Editor (Marketing) for Journal of Business Research and has served in the past as Co-editor for Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Associate Editor for Journal of Services Marketing, Senior Editor (Marketing) for International Journal of Emerging Markets, and Regional Editor (Asia) for Journal of Knowledge Management. Yogesh K. Dwivedi is a Professor of Digital Marketing and Innovation, Founding Director of the Emerging Markets Research Centre (EMaRC) and Co-Director of Research at the School of Management, Swansea University, Wales, UK. In addition, he holds a Distinguished Research Professorship at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, India. Professor Dwivedi is also currently leading the International Journal of Information Management as its Editor-in-Chief. His research interests are at the interface of Information Systems (IS) and Marketing, focusing on issues related to consumer adoption and diffusion of emerging digital innovations, digital government, and digital and social media marketing particularly in the context of emerging markets. Professor Dwivedi has published more than 300 articles in a range of leading academic journals and conferences that are widely cited (more than 26 thousand times as per Google Scholar). He was recently named on the annual Highly Cited Researchers™ 2020 list from Clarivate Analytics. Paul Jones is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Head of the School of Management at Swansea University, UK. Previously, he held academic posts at Coventry University, Plymouth University and the University of South Wales. Professor Jones undertakes research into entrepreneurship behaviour and small business management and is widely published with over 100 journal articles and 12 edited books to date. Professor Jones is editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Research, Associate Editor of the International Journal of Management Education and Series Editor of the Emerald book series Contemporary Issues in Entrepreneurship Research. Carlos Flavián is Professor of Marketing at the University of Zaragoza (SPAIN) and Chair of METODO research group. His research focuses on the analysis of people's interaction with new technologies, studying both the particularities of the technology (e.g. usability) and the perceptions, behavioral intentions and actual behaviors of consumers (adoption, recommendation, eWOM, satisfaction, loyalty, etc.). This research is developed in diverse contexts such as the adoption of services through the Internet and more recently in the context of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality and other Industry 4.0 technologies.
He is the founder and editor-in-chief of Spanish Journal of Marketing-ESIC, associate editor of The Service Industries Journal and member of the editorial board of several journals such as Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, etc. He has coordinated special issues as a guest editor of several prestigious international journals such as the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Service Business and The Service Industries Journal.
