"Making a difference" SIMS - the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies - has been established by the nationally renowned Symbiosis Group. SIMS is a constituent of the prestigious Symbiosis International University and which is accredited A by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (of the UGC) in November 2008. It is an ISO 9001:2008 quality certified management institute and a top-tier provider of business education across the spectrum. SIMS is ranked 23rd nationwide by "Businessworld" in their 'B-schools' issue of 24 December 2007. In 2009, SIMS has been ranked 13th by Outlook among top 90 management institutes in India. It is an accredited "Centre for Corporate Governance" of the 'National Foundation of Corporate Governance' (est by Min of Corporate Affairs and CII).

As per MoU with Ministry of Defence, Govt of India, admission to full time MBA programmes is primarily for dependents of Defence personnel and those sponsored by industry, meeting the eligibility criteria of Symbioisis International University. |
