A Memorandum of Understanding had been signed between SIMS and Bajaj Allianz on 11th September 2008. SIMS has commenced program delivery in association with Bajaj Allianz which is the largest Insurance Company in India. The salient features of the program is that it is a specialisation focused PG Diploma Program for graduate employees of the company. SIMS will be the academic partner and vocational oriented training will be facilitated by the Bajaj Allianz. In this partnership, SIMS will have access to contemporary best practices in Insurance and Bajaj Allianz will provide its knowledge and expertise of the insurance domain. The two year program aims to build on the foundations of work experience, by providing an expertise in the field of Insurance Marketing along with various facets of an organization which will enable the employee to make the transition to a higher level of responsibility. |
Partnership Between SIMS and Bajaj Allianz |
Bajaj Allianz General Insurance is one of India’s leading and fastest growing general insurance companies, with a strong pan-India presence.
The curriculum is designed and developed by Bajaj Allianz in collaboration with SIMS. Bajaj Allianz will provide assistance in conducting the General Insurance specific subjects by providing GI experts from the Insurance Industry.
In this partnership, Bajaj Allianz will provide its knowledge and expertise of the insurance domain, and SIMS is the academic partner and will provide its expert education ability in the field of Management.
The two year program aims to build on the foundations of work experience, by providing an expertise in the field of Insurance Marketing along with various facets of an organization which will enable the employee to make the transition to a higher level of responsibility.

The program is open to all the employees of Bajaj who wish to excel in Insurance Marketing. The admission process was jointly conducted by Bajaj Allianz and SIMS. Top 39 employees had cleared the process had been given admission to the PGDBM (Insurance Marketing) course. |
