1. As a part of CSR initiative a Seminar examining revenue generation for slum dwellers in Pune addressed by CSR heads of leading corpotates was held on 7th March 2009.

2.  An Inter-B School Business Plan competition (TATVA) for revenue generation was part of the seminar. Participants were from IIM Lucknow, IIT B-Schools of Delhi and Bombay, FMS Delhi, four top B Schools of Mumbai and others. IIT Bombay ‘B’ School won the competition. The Muncipal Commissioner of Pune Mr. Pravin SInh Pardeshi was one of the panelists judging the competition.

3. The Business Plan is now being jointly taken forward under an MOA with the PMC.
