I. Conference: ‘Transparency and Disclosures’ in Corporate Governance - 28 June 2008.
To Benefit: Board members, CFO’s, Company Secretaries and Independent Directors of listed companies and those in the process of listing as also Practicing Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries engaged in certification of statements and reports on Corporate Governance of listed Companies.
Deliverables: To guide and apprise the participants of the different requirements of statute and analysis of reports and announcements of the company which could improve rating of the companies.
II. Conference: ‘Improving Audit Committee Functions’ in Corporate Governance - 9 August 2008

IV. Risk management and Corporate Social Responsibilities for better Corporate Governance - 20 December 2008
To Benefit: Company Boards, CFO’s, Independent Directors, and senior Managers of Banks including cooperative Banks, Senior Managers of Insurance Companies.
