An attempt at looking beyond the horizon… 4THOUGHT 2006 set a benchmark for National seminars held throughout the country this year. Since change is a powerful business reality and creating sustainable value is not easy, we believe that no one can better understand this today than a manager. And so as part of our endeavour to understand the needs of the evolving business scenario, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in association with Sybase and Kirloskar organized a two day Annual National Business Seminar ‘4THOUGHT...Kshitij Ke Paar on 2nd-3rd September 2006 at the SIMS Campus.
4THOUGHT 2006 focused on ‘Business Solutions for Global Emerging Markets.’ This seminar provided a platform for the corporate honchos of today to share their valuable insights with the leaders of tomorrow. Following our tradition of excellence here at SIMS, distinguished & eminent speakers addressed our student managers during 4THOUGHT 2006, to name a few, Mr. Arun Firodia - Chairman, Kinetic Engineering , Mr. Rajeev Karwal - CEO, Reliance Retail , Mr. Subodh Bhargava - Chairman, VSNL , Mr. Ajay Madan - President, Essar Teleholdings & many others.
4thought 2006 successfully acted as an interface between the Student Managers of SIMS and the visionaries of the corporate world. The seminar highlighted dynamic business strategies adopted by various sectors in the corporate world as they confront the emerging market scenarios. |
